| Zero 7 - Throw it All Away |
| |
This video for Zero 7 was shot entirely with digital still cameras and the over 8000 frames were put together at Click 3X. Impressive. Directed by Matt Lenski.

| Take the Plunge With Nestea |
| |
Lowe Roche Toronto has just launched a viral campaign for Nestea, plungeandplay.com. The site highlights the latest Nestea commercial and a game where you "plunge" for bottles of Nestea. Depending on how well you do in the game, different live action scenes come up at the end. That's the best part, so be sure to play to the end.

| Cavorting in Cannes |
| |
DDB & Campaign magazine have joined forces to create a fun site full of Cannes updates and events as well as opportunities for shameless self promotion or blackmailing colleagues. The latter refers to the section where you can upload your own pics and add captions. I can see this getting totally out of control, in a good way.

Yesterday I had a little rendezvous with the King. He was in Toronto shooting his latest commercial with The Perlorian Brothers and took a few moments off for a quick cannoodle. And for those of you who don't know, the King is quite the lady's man. I'll refrain from making a Whopper joke.

It's not often a commercial for a washing machine can make you say "wow". This spot for Ariston called "Aqualtis" is beautiful. Directed by Film Master's Dario Piana. Anyone know who did the music? It's lovely. This spot takes a while to load, but it's worth it.

| Choose Your Own Adventure Books Are Back |
| |
I was just talking about these great books the other day & now they are back. They were first published in 1979 and if you've never heard of them, they allowed the reader to make choices while reading to mix up the stories to different outcomes and endings. Eight of the original stories have been re-released and revamped with 21st century references (mobile phones etc). Very Cool.

| Bacardi Blogs Badly |
| |
Bacardi has launched a website & billboards all over Toronto. I have to say, I don't like the site. It lacks sublty and originality and the content, well it's quite dull. Viral can be done so well. Take Virgin's Yutaka Loves London, for example. Brilliant. The only link to Virgin is the little airplane in the sky.
