Blackjet Grows With Local, National and International Client Wins
Design and digital agency Blackjet has picked up three new clients.
The Toronto-based company has been named the new agency of record for the Canadian Association of Orthodontists (CAO), the new agency of record for brand communications for global equipment and solutions supplier Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. and the new agency of record for the Bloor-Dufferin Place Branding and Real Estate Marketing Assignment.
Blackjet will begin rolling out a national public awareness campaign for the CAO in mid-2017. The Association is looking to make orthodontists top-of-mind among consumers, who are usually referred via dentists. In a competitive marketplace, Blackjet will help foster a more direct relationship between orthodontists and consumers.
The agency will provide ongoing strategic, design and creative work for Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. Husky is a leading global supplier of injection molding equipment and services to the plastics industry. The company has more than 40 service and sales offices around the globe and operates in more than 100 countries. Blackjet will focus on supporting Husky’s marketing and communications group with the development of international brand standards as well as with creative programs for new products and services – a new category for the agency.
Lastly, Blackjet will work with local client the Bloor-Dufferin Place Branding and Real Estate Marketing Assignment, a 7.3-acre mixed-use residential development. The site was purchased by Capital Developments in 2016 in partnership with Timbercreek Asset Management and Metropia. Hariri Pontarini Architects is transforming the area into a neighbourhood that will encompass residential, community services and public space.
