Many Canadians faced some of the longest pandemic lock-downs in the world. As vaccine rollouts progressed, restrictions eased, and restaurant patios opened, many people may have discovered that they had forgotten simple restaurant patio etiquette.

For those in need of a refresher course on how to patio (yes, it can be a verb), Boston Pizza was hear to help. After all, who better to help than the restaurant brand with the most patios in Canada?

Working with its agency partner john st., they created tongue-in-cheek 72-patio retraining manual, a hotline, a TV spot and a robust social media and OOH campaign to help. Read the press release.
