Executive Creative Director Justin Roth and Head of Production Jacqueline Bellmore bring a fresh creative vision to The&Partnership.

The&Partnership Canada has added some veteran experience and creativity to its senior ranks, with the recent appointments of Executive Creative Director Justin Roth and Head of Production Jacqueline Bellmore.

Roth recently moved to Toronto from New York after spending the previous year working on shared projects between the agency’s offices in those cities. He also spent a year with VaynerMedia, and before that was Creative Director with Grey Group, creating breakthrough work for brands including T.J.Maxx, Advil, Walgreens and Hasbro. He also led a winning pitch for Lindt Chocolate.

His eclectic career has seen him rap with Biz Markie, create the first all-marshmallow box of Lucky Charms cereal, and hypnotize people to relive their childhoods and bring Walmart to the Oscars. He was recently named one of Business Insider’s “Rising Stars of Madison Avenue,” which cited his “expansive range” as a writer and creative on award-winning work that has featured at Cannes, The Effies, The Webby’s and One Show.

“As a thoroughly modern creative thinker and natural collaborator, Justin is a perfect fit for our agency,” said The&Partnership Canada president André Louis. “We wanted someone who wasn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work closely with our internal teams, industry partners and clients who value creativity as a way of powering their businesses.”

His skillset is perfectly complemented by Bellmore, who spent the previous nine years with McCann Canada, rising to the position of Vice-President, Director of Production. Prior to that, she spent 12 years with Leo Burnett as Senior Broadcast Producer.

An innovative production leader with a knack for creative problem solving, Bellmore has produced work across all major media, including broadcast, digital, print, radio, and experiential. During a career spanning more than 20 years, she has helped develop creative content for major brands including Bell, Mastercard, Petro-Canada, CareMakers Foundation, P&G, Wendy’s, Kellogg’s and Nestlé.

She has also amassed extensive experience across non-traditional brands including Elections Ontario, the Ministry of Finance, and Tourism Vancouver. Her work has been recognized at major global awards shows including Cannes, the London International Awards, The One Show, D&AD and the Clios.

Bellmore is also a passionate DEI advocate and has volunteered through IMDOINGIT’s mentor match program. She has also served in a voluntary capacity on the ACTRA Negotiating Committee + Production Leadership Team, in partnership with The Institute of Canadian Agencies.

“We always look to hire people who are collaborative and whose skillsets are complementary,” said Louis. “Justin and Jacqueline will be a dynamic tandem that we believe will significantly enhance our ability to make breakthrough and unforgettable work for our clients.”
