Following a successful tenure at Work Editorial, Dunne recently returned to TenThree in London, a creative home where he continues to craft award-winning commercial and long-form work. On The Rise

Alongside Dunne’s arrival, Rooster continues to invest in emerging editorial talent through On The Rise, led by producer Nicole Stamford and featuring editors Matt Blakley, Brigitte Haynes and Lenka Gmitrova. Their recent projects reflect the breadth of creative approaches represented across the company.

Blakley’s work includes Bather’s “Do You Love Me Like I Love You?”, directed by Luke Nairn, a visually driven campaign that showcases his strengths in tone, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Gmitrova’s work includes Ronald McDonald House’s Ryann’s Story, directed by Martin Marko, an emotionally driven film that reflects her documentary background and storytelling instincts.

Haynes is represented by Empire of the Sun’s The Feeling You Get, directed by Michael Maxxis. Known for rhythm and performance-led cutting, she brings a music-driven sensibility that continues to shape her growing commercial portfolio.

Together, the three editors represent a new generation of talent developing their craft at Rooster, with Stamford helping to guide and champion their growth.
