The Garden Announces Key Promotions Across Creative, Strategy, and Client Leadership

Toronto-based creative agency The Garden is pleased to announce the promotion of four senior leaders, strengthening its capabilities across creative, strategy, and client leadership.

Lindsay Eady has been promoted to Executive Creative Director, having been a driving force behind the agency’s creative output since joining in 2018. Jenn Kittmer has been named Group Strategy Director, building on her strategic leadership with the agency over the past four-and-a-half years. After almost three years of success guiding key client relationships, Kendell Edney moves into the role of VP of Client Leadership. Adriana Ivory, who has been with The Garden for eight years, takes on the title of Executive Design Director, with a mandate to push the agency’s design vision forward.

“These promotions reflect our commitment to nurturing internal talent and ensuring we remain at the forefront of creative innovation and strategic leadership,” said Shane Ogilvie, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at The Garden.

The promotions come during a period of growth for The Garden, which recently joined the Humanise Collective, and added notable clients like Carlsberg, Enbridge Sustain and Kao Canada (Bioré and John Frieda) to its roster.

Founded in 2015 by Shari Walczak and Shane Ogilvie, The Garden is known for its strategic, creative approach, working with brands like Rakuten Kobo, Jack Astor’s and SodaStream to build meaningful customer connections. The agency sits at 25 full-time staff and continues to champion female talent, with women making up over 70% of its workforce.
