FCB Toronto Adds Two VP, Managing Directors to its Account Team

Agency elevates Tracy Little, hires Chris Perron to serve as VP, Managing Directors

FCB Toronto has added two new VPs, Managing Directors to its account team to double-down on the momentum the agency has seen in the past two years.

Chris Perron joins the agency as Vice-President, Managing Director, and Tracy Little has been promoted from Vice-President, Group Account Director to Vice-President, Managing Director. Together, they’ll co-lead the Account group.

Perron joins the agency with a mandate to, along with Little, lead client business, drive new business growth, and build on the agency’s momentum in account management towards being the best in the country.

“From the moment we met Chris, we knew that he was the right for FCB Toronto,” says Tyler Turnbull, CEO of FCB Canada. “He’s a real people person with experience across multiple categories including automotive and CPG. Our people and culture are our most important asset and Chris’ experience, drive and creative passion will help us to continue our momentum in 2017 and beyond.”

In her 18 months at FCB, Little led the BMO business among other clients and was part of the team that developed the “BMO Effect” campaign. She quickly earned the trust of her clients, built strong relationships with them, and helped lead the BMO business across their North American footprint. As co-lead of the account team, Little is tasked with continuing her work in building FCB’s reputation as having some of the strongest account leaders in Canada.

“Tracy helped BMO drive their business across all measures, which helped them win Strategy Magazine’s Marketer of the Year in just one year,” says Turnbull. “She’s a strong advocate for doing great work that drives business results and was a key architect in the work done on behalf of BMO for their NBA All-Star game sponsorship. She’s a natural leader who’s constantly looking for a better way to do things.”

In her new role, Little will continue to lead the BMO business but will take on additional client responsibilities. Perron joins the agency from Leo Burnett where he was Vice-President, Group Account Director. She and Perron will be part of the management team of the agency and will play an active role in day-to-day decisions on the operations of the agency.
