Bob’s Your Uncle Revamps Leadership with Strategic Promotions

Cora Brady has been named Chief Executive Officer at the Toronto-based independent agency, while Kathryn Easter has been promoted to Head of Strategy.

Bob’s Your Uncle has reshaped its senior leadership team with a series of internal appointments, part of an effort to further elevate its creative output while maintaining its reputation for standout client service and employee retention.

In addition to naming longtime employee and current Partner & President Cora Brady to Chief Executive Officer, the Toronto-based independent agency has promoted Kathryn Easter to Head of Strategy.

Brady has been with Bob’s Your Uncle for seven years, playing a key role in its exceptional staff and client retention rate through initiatives such as “Work from Away,” “Side Hustle Days,” and “Well-being Wednesdays.” In an industry known for its high turnover rates, the average Bob’s Your Uncle employee has been with the agency for 12 years.

Brady also previously managed the agency’s Denver office when Bob’s Your Uncle serviced the Molson Coors USA account for five years, and amassed experience across digital and shopper marketing in her previous role as Head of Digital for Mosaic/Acosta USA.

“Cora is the perfect fit for our agency, allowing me to focus on continuously improving our work and impact while ensuring that the rest of the agency is looked after,” says Bob’s Your Uncle founder Bob Froese.

Easter, meanwhile, has been with Bob’s Your Uncle for six years, and was part of the first wave of influencer agencies with her company, Mom Central, which she co-founded with Brady. Colleagues praise her as a strategist who possesses an eye for detail and takes a creative approach to problem-solving.

The agency’s creative output is spearheaded by longtime creative leaders Daryl Klein and Brian Flay, a duo that Froese calls “the heart of the creative department” who have amassed more than a half-century of experience with the agency.

With the recent retirement of former Chief Creative Officer Dorothy McMillan, Froese’s creative partner of more than 20 years, he has left behind his former CEO title and stepped into the founder and chief creative officer role. While his background is primarily in account services, Froese has been creatively managing the agency’s creative teams, who suggested he assume the chief creative role rather than an external hire.

Bob’s Your Uncle clients include Bosch, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Ontario Beef, Ice River Sustainable Solutions, Asahi, Sofina Foods, Green Bottle Water Co., Daniels Corporation and Second Harvest.
