Moore takes on expanded North American creative leadership as Mosaic grows its creative team across Canada and the U.S.

Mosaic has promoted Jef Moore to Senior Vice President, Chief Creative Officer, expanding his leadership across North America to advance the agency’s creative capabilities, strengthen integration across disciplines and foster innovation.

Moore joined Mosaic as a copywriter 12 years ago and has risen through the agency’s creative ranks, most recently serving as Vice President, Executive Creative Director. Over the past year, his remit has expanded from leading the Canadian creative team to overseeing creative and design across Canada and the U.S., including design and production design.

Moore also led Mosaic’s recent agency-wide evolution and rebrand, “Where Every Piece Stands Out,” which repositioned Mosaic from an experiential agency to a broader brand experience agency following a year of double-digit growth and 29 new client wins.

“Jef understands that great creative work isn’t just about ideas. It’s about creating experiences that move consumers, strengthen brands and deliver business results,” said Todd London, President, Mosaic North America. “His ability to bring together strategy, creativity, operations and client partnership has made a lasting impact on Mosaic. He’s been a catalyst for what we are today and what we aspire to be tomorrow, always asking, ‘What if?’ and pushing us to think about what’s possible.”

“I’ve always believed the best work happens when you put talented people in the right environment to succeed,” said Moore. “Bringing our Strategy, Creative and Design teams together across North America gives us one, cohesive vision that has become our mandate – to do work that will stand out.”

The promotion comes as Mosaic continues to invest in its creative capabilities across North America. Marisa Faustino has been promoted to Group Creative Director, overseeing Integrated Commerce, while Dan Berzen has been promoted to Group Creative Director, overseeing the Experience portfolio and leading innovation, AI and technology initiatives.

The agency has also added James Kirchner as Creative Director, B2B; Darren Marranca as Associate Creative Director, Integrated Commerce; Matt Camara as Creative Director; and welcomed back Julia McCrae as Senior Designer.

The moves come amid continued growth for Mosaic across North America, with the agency adding new clients including BMO, OtterBox and Nespresso US XM, while expanding its work with existing partners including ESPN, Buffalo Bills, LEGO, Labatt, Google and Verizon.
