The duo is known for pushing the limits of commercial filmmaking.
The directing team of Taylor Reid has joined Untitled Films for Canadian representation, bringing a fresh outlook and an innate ability for capturing exceptional people doing exceptional things.
Comprised of Nicholas Taylor and Paul Reid, Taylor Reid has earned a reputation for pushing the limits of what is possible in commercial filmmaking. The pair excels at telling stories that expertly combine the personal with universal truths.
Tom Evelyn, Partner and Executive Producer for Untitled Films, says that the duo combines an unmatched work ethic with an unconventional approach to commercial filmmaking. Taylor is an expert documentarian, while Reid boasts an extensive expertise in action sports—having helmed projects for skateboarding, surfing, and backcountry snowboarding.
Their most recent projects include the whimsical “Let’s Play” brand campaign for Mastermind Toys, and the touching “I Ate Thank You” spot for Food Banks Canada, as well as work for brands including Air Canada, EA Sports, Ford, Porsche, and Red Bull.
They are a perfect fit with a roster that has been built around talent selected to ensure a best-in-class experience for clients. “We love to work with good people, and when we first met Taylor Reid, we could see the potential for not only a great directorial career, but a great relationship,” says Evelyn.
“Untitled has always been the gold standard to us in the production world. We have looked up to them for years. They have an amazing track record of creating award-winning work that matters, says Taylor. “But beyond that, Tom, Lexy, and the Untitled team are incredible people. We feel very honoured to have their guidance and be listed alongside some of the best directors in the country.”
